1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns with Eride pro s must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

Please note that certain products, such as personalized or customized items, may not be eligible for return. For more details, contact our customer support team.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

3. Return Shipping & Charges

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. eRide Pro is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support immediately within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Please provide clear photos of the issue to expedite the process.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
