Warranty Coverage

ErideProForSale is proud to offer a limited one-year warranty on all new electric off-road motorcycles (“Product”) purchased from our authorized dealers or directly through our official website. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase by the original owner and is non-transferable. As of May 27, 2025, ErideProForSale has updated this policy to eliminate any mileage limitations on warranty claims.

What Is Covered

ErideProForSale will, at its discretion, repair or replace any parts of the Product found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Coverage includes, but is not limited to, the frame, motor, battery, and other major components. Repair or replacement services will be provided at no cost to the owner.

Exclusions

  • Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Batteries: The warranty for the battery is subject to gradual capacity reduction, which is considered normal. Coverage applies only if the capacity drops below 70% of its original capacity within the warranty period.

  • Consumables: Items expected to wear out over time, such as tires, brake pads, and suspension components, are not covered under this warranty.

  • Third-Party Accessories: Any aftermarket parts or accessories not supplied by ErideProForSale are excluded from warranty coverage.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, the original owner must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Your Authorized Dealer: If the Product was purchased through an authorized dealer, reach out to them first for guidance on the warranty claim process.

  2. Contact ErideProForSale Directly: If the Product was purchased directly from our website, please contact our Customer Service team to start the warranty claim process.

  3. Provide Documentation: You will need to present proof of purchase and any additional documentation requested to validate your warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

ErideProForSale’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and components. ErideProForSale is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of use of the Product, or any other expenses or losses incurred as a result of a warranty claim.
