Here At E-ride pro Our warranty program covers manufacturing defects and certain component failures within a specific period from the date of purchase. We stand behind the quality of our E-ride pro and aim to deliver products that meet the highest standards of safety and performance. The warranty duration typically varies depending on the product model but generally ranges from 6 months to 1 year.

What is Under the E-Ride Pro Warranty?

E-Ride Pro’s warranty covers the following key components:
  • Frame and Structure: Any manufacturing defects or structural damages that compromise safety.
  • Electrical System: Issues related to the motor, battery, controller, and wiring.
  • Display and Controls: Malfunctions in the dashboard, throttle, and control systems.
  • Charging Port and Battery: Defects or failures in charging components and battery cells.

Please note, the warranty does not cover damages cause by accidents, misuse, vandalism, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Exclusions

  • Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorize modifications.

  • Batteries: The warranty for the battery is subject to gradual capacity reduction, which is consider normal. Coverage applies only if the capacity drops below 70% of its original capacity within the warranty period.

  • Consumables: Items expected to wear out over time, such as tires, brake pads, and suspension components, are not cover under this warranty.

  • Third-Party Accessories: Any aftermarket parts or accessories not supply by E-ride Pro For Sale are exclude from warranty coverage.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, the original owner must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Your Authorize Dealer: If the Product was purchase through an authorize dealer, reach out to them first for guidance on the warranty claim process.

  2. Contact Eride Pro For Sale Directly: If the Product was purchased directly from our website, please contact our Customer Service team to start the warranty claim process.

  3. Provide Documentation: You will need to present proof of purchase and any additional documentation requested to validate your warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

Eride Pro For Sale’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and components. Eride Pro For Sale is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of use of the Product, or any other expenses or losses incurred as a result of a warranty claim.
